Everspring is seeking an experienced Vice President of Partner Marketing with a strong agency background to lead the evolution of our Partner Marketing department. This individual will play a critical role in driving strategic marketing initiatives, managing key partner relationships, and ensuring execution excellence across various marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will have extensive agency experience managing client accounts, driving strategy, and leading execution across a variety of marketing channels. This individual will act as the primary liaison between our partners and our internal teams, ensuring that marketing campaigns align with business objectives while delivering superior ROI.

This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and is located in Chicago, offering a hybrid work environment with a minimum of 2 days required in the office every week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a strategic marketing consultant for partner institutions, deeply understanding their goals and delivering tailored marketing solutions.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive comprehensive, data-driven marketing strategies that enhance partner brand presence and enrollment performance.
  • Campaign Development & Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from concept development to performance analysis, in collaboration with creative, digital, and media teams.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, effectively presenting plans, insights, and recommendations.
  • Performance Measurement: Design and implement tracking methodologies to assess campaign effectiveness, optimize spend, and improve engagement metrics.
  • Partner Engagement Models: Shape and optimize partner engagement structures and processes in accordance with Everspring’s evolving goals and industry trends.
  • Multi-Brand Management: Proven ability to manage and market multiple brands in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic consistency with tailored approaches to maximize each brand’s impact.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of account executives and marketing coordinators, ensuring alignment with Everspring’s business objectives and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Agency Experience: Minimum of 5-8 years in an agency environment, with a focus on client management, strategic marketing, and campaign execution.
  • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing marketing teams and enhancing marketing operations.
  • Expertise in Higher Ed Marketing: Experience working with educational institutions or similar professional services clients is preferred but not required.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to present strategic recommendations, campaign performance, and creative concepts to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing Proficiency: Deep understanding of digital marketing, CRM, content strategy, paid media, and branding.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: A proactive leader who can drive change, influence stakeholders, and continuously seek innovative solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Experience managing teams of 8-10 members, ensuring operational efficiency and team development.
